Brad's passion for Real Estate developed early on when he started building homes alongside his father in Sparta, Wisconsin. Assisting with new home construction enabled Brad to see the value in a Real Estate investment at an early age.
Brad moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 1999 where he went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree at ASU.
Shortly after graduation, Brad earned his Real Estate license and began selling resale homes throughout Maricopa County. His love for real estate led him to work for Lennar Homes as a Construction Superintendent for new home communities throughout the valley, while still doing residential real estate sales part-time. Although he enjoyed the construction/building aspect of real estate that brought him back to his Wisconsin roots, Brad was eager to return to his real passion – selling real estate exclusively. Shortly thereafter, Brad was promoted to New Home Sales Consultant for Lennar Homes in 2007 and went on to become a full time independent residential resale agent in 2008.
Today, Brad is signed on with Leagan Realty out of Scottsdale, AZ where he has been recorded as their top producer 2 years in a row. His primary focus is first-time buyers, relocation and investors. Brad considers it a true blessing to do what he loves each day, while simultaneously helping others find their dream home.
